Dear valued customers,


Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our business is taking strict COVID-19 transmission prevention measures. While Oven Express continues to provide its services, it wants to assure you that the health, safety, and well-being of our staff(s) and valued customers are our top priority. To eliminate risks of transmission, effective March 15th, Oven Express is implementing the preventive measures listed below:


  1. All our staffs are Certified Infection Control Training, including COVID-19 transmission.
  2. During the service visit(s), our staff(s) will enter your premise wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to avoid any accidental transmission of the virus.
  3. Our staff(s) will only commence the work after washing their hands with soap for at least 20 seconds and then thoroughly applying hand sanitizer. Protective rubber gloves will be used by the staff(s) at all times.
  4. Prior to staff(s) dispatch to your premises, our staff (s) will be monitored for the potential COVID-19 symptoms. If appeared symptomatic, the staff will be sent to the quarantine immediately. Your appointment will be canceled, and you will be informed right away.
  5. During the service visit, our staff(s) will minimize all surface contact in and outside your home other than the Ovens and the BBQs being serviced.
  6. No kitchen sink will be used during the cleaning of the appliance (s).
  7. As part of our standard cleaning procedure, all the removable parts are taken outside to the van and then cleaned inside the van.
  8. Our staff(s) will NOT use toilets in your premises to eliminate any possibility of COVID-19 spread.
  9. Our staff(s)will always maintain the government recommended safe distance of 2 meters with all persons in the house, we look forward to your co-operation to follow this recommendation.
  10. To avoid COVID-19 spread and transmission to our staff(s), during the service visit appointment booking, Oven Express will request its customers to disclose information on the present or past history of COVID-19 symptoms of you and/or any of personnel in your household.

The spread of COVID-19 can only be stopped if each one of us sincerely follows the COVID-19 Spread Prevention Measures Guidelines provided by the Government of Australia.
